From the opening to closing circle, we cultivate presencefree from phones, substances, and chatterdeepening our connection to our bodies and community.    THE PROGRAM: 19.12 2024  18:30- Arrive, Cacao, Mingle, 19.15 - Ecstatic Dance  21:30 - Sound bath  22:00 - Closing circle   THE FLOW We begin together at 19:15 and end together 22:00. We begin with an open circle & Warm up. The DJ leads us into an Ecstatic Dance musical journey. We end with a laying down Sound Bath and a closing circle.   CACAO STAND  100% Rich & Thick Cacao cup made with love.
