INSPIRED BY   This event is inspired by the book Miracle Morning -  For those who are exploring nurturing and self care through loving discipline and a healthy morning routine for a healthy joyful life.   WHAT   We begin the day together with high vibes, dance, music, great people.  Feeling energised to start the day feeling alive!   We have Kombucha, Warm cacao, a DJ set, great Sound system and fun vibes.   WHERE   kHaus- Plaza We come together at 7:00 We begin with a warm up, to bring in energy, release, expand, jump, move, mobilise, feel and start the day feeling vibrant and alive!   FOR WHO   Health and well-being enthusiast  This event is for those who know its worth it to get up early and experience a health event before work.   Join our Miracle Morning Party!       EXPECT - DJ set - Kombucha  - Dance - Fun We finish the 8:30.
